Refund Policy
Information about this website and your interaction with UYWI.

Refund requests
Voluntary contributions support UYWI’s mission. If you made a duplicate contribution, selected an incorrect amount, paid in error or believe a charge was unauthorized, contact us promptly so the transaction can be reviewed. Other refund requests are considered based on the circumstances and applicable law.
How to contact us
Email info@uywi.org or lindsay@uywi.org, or call +1 657 341 6383. Include your name, donor email, contribution date, amount, transaction reference and reason for the request. Do not include full card numbers or CVV.
Review and outcome
A request is not an automatic refund. We review the payment record and the circumstances and communicate the outcome to you. Contact us promptly after discovering a problem; no fixed request deadline is imposed by this page. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where supported. Review time depends on the information needed to resolve the request; posting time depends on the processor and financial institution. Ask our team for the status and estimated timing for your transaction.
Monthly contributions
Cancelling future monthly support does not automatically refund contributions already processed. Submit a separate refund request for a completed transaction.
Disputes
If you do not recognize a payment, contact your financial institution promptly and notify us so we can assist with transaction records. You are not required to waive any dispute rights to request help from UYWI.
